My law practice encompasses a diverse mix of litigation of commercial origin. I have represented a range of business entities, professionals, and other individuals in complex civil litigation and have won cases as plaintiff and defendant. In criminal matters I regularly represent businesses and individuals in white collar criminal investigations and at trial. I have been fortunate to win acquittals in federal criminal trials on behalf of clients charged with offenses such as fraudulently misrepresenting product test results to obtain government approval; wire and mail fraud; and federal campaign contribution offenses. I have also been retained by committees of the boards of directors of public companies to conduct independent investigations of conduct that is the subject of grand jury or other investigation.
