Leading Agricultural, and generalist commercial and corporate banking teams at Area, Regional and National level. Helping Business Customers thrive and grow, find new markets at home and abroad, move to more sustainable methods of production and by identifying banking and finance needs help our customers create wealth and jobs. I\'m currently leading HSBC’s Agricultural Proposition for the whole of the UK. Working with farming clients, Agrifoods businesses and industry professionals and helping them grow and flourish both trading within the UK and by supporting trading relationships throughout the world. Issues facing the industry following the removal of traditional land based subsidies and as we move towards carbon neutrality are at the front of my mind. I\'m Looking to help more farmers through my managers taking on more clients and providing appropriate working capital and long term investment support to as many Agricultural Businesses as possible - helping to support the rural communities of the UK, protect the environment and our P&L and balance sheet management of a large and complex business unit, General Relationship Banking services to the business and commercial market place.
