At AWS, my role as Technical Program Manager centers on driving product roadmap delivery, enriching collaboration with engineering managers, engineers, product managers, Data Science teams, and other technical program managers to execute critical, complex, and ambitious technical deliverables. My tenure has seen the successful launch of a Sellers Quotation platform, streamlining the contracting process and significantly boosting annual revenue. I am accountable and responsible to track overall project risks, and deliver results through consistently applying customer empathy, strategic thinking, detailed project planning and execution, commercial, analytical, and leadership to successfully deliver cross-functional initiatives and products that drive growth.

   Owning the delivery of product roadmap and work with product leadership to understand the features priorities and make sure the backlog is ready with user stories available for development teams.Collaborate with Software Engineering Managers and and dependent teams to facilitate design of system and make sure it is integrated with upstream and downstream.Responsible for working with various cross-functional teams to design, develop, execute and implement technology solutions leveraging new and existing technologies.In 2021, launched a quotation platform that reduced the average time to contract services 34%(from 15.5 to 10.2 days), and accelerated revenue by $40.7M annually. To do this, I lead the decommission of the old Smartsheet solution and consolidated several tools across the program into a single interface that supported 100% of users requests. The new platform provided multiple levels of automation for these deals, and converted 50% of the deals to automated orchestration. We also provided our customers with visibility into the progression of an individual deal and aggregated metrics about deal cycle time. Drive product development across teams (primarily Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing) through business requirements, design, implementation, and deployment.
