Project Manager for The National Trust\'s newest acquisition, Munstead Wood. In this feasibility stage, I am leading the team who will set the short, medium and longterm future of Munstead Wood for the Nation under the stewardship of NT. Munstead Wood house is the Grade 1 listed early collaboration between Jekyll and Edwin Lutyens and both house and garden have been in private ownership for 70 years. I am leading the project team through the concept and feasibility stage, managing the project deliverables- Managing planning, planning strategy, pre-App, Listed Building Consents- Conservation Management Plan, restoration plans, garden management plan- Procure and Lead a multidisciplinary professional team to design plans, utilities capacity and utilities connections and Principal Designer roles for CDM and BSA- Surveys to inform, Environmental reports, BNG, Arboricultural assessments - business modelling, financial modelling, capital cost inputs- mentoring & coaching project management staff through their PMQ qualificationsproject management, conservation finance, conservation strategy, budget management
