Specializing in optimizing athletic development, enhancing sport performance, and reducing injuries through my expertise in S&C, I bring over 15 years of elite sports experience, encompassing both UK and international roles.As a UKSCA licensed assessor, I share my knowledge by delivering UKSCA S&C courses, guiding coaches newer to the field. I\'ve also crafted and conducted non-UKSCA courses, workshops and conference presentations spanning disciplines such as ITF, Caribbean boxing, NGBs, and private sessions.A collaborative team player, I closely work with high-performance teams to design and implement safe, effective interventions.My contributions include roles in three World Cups (2009, 2010, 2020) and engagements across diverse competitions, from World Championships to professional sports like Football/Soccer, Cricket, and Netball.
