As a Counsellor for people with developmental disabilities at The Salvation Army, I provide professional and compassionate support to clients with complex behaviour and support needs, using evidence-based interventions such as applied behaviour analysis. I work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and other community agencies to help them achieve their goals and reduce their risk-behaviour. I also contribute to the research, evaluation, and quality assurance efforts of the organization, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. In addition to my degrees, I have also earned multiple certifications from prestigious universities and institutes on topics such as schizophrenia, autism, ADHD, suicidal intervention, and behavioral change.
