The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care services in England. Within the Data, Insight and Technology function I collaborate with analytic, operational and strategic teams to transform the way data is used and interacted with, within the organisation.Specific duties include creation of a systematic way of ensuring quality data visualisation via an established design system, implemented for a suite of 30 live dashboard products. I also introduced design and usability testing methods to ensure inspection colleagues can use dashboards and reports to make accurate, evidence based decisions while completing assessment and reporting duties.
