   A bottled spirits organization with 4,700 employees and among the top 10 largest global spirits companies distributing brands such as Jack Daniels and Tequila Herradura with approximately 4B in annual revenue.• Worked with external consultants as subject matter expert in Demand Planning during the implementation of Integrated Business Planning in Brown Forman back in August 2023. I designed a market level communication process by which changes to the demand are documented and loaded in Kinaxis Maestro along with the supporting assumptions; this process allows any analyst work with any market in the country seamlessly whilst also ensuring forecast accuracy above 80% • Designed a process to convert depletion forecast into shipments forecast that evaluates projected inventory levels at the distributors to ensure reasonable levels of forward-looking coverage and alignment between the two forecasts. This process ensures forecast quality across functions and external stakeholders whilst also resulting in 40 Days of inventory across all regions in the US.
