About Danny Martinez
I am currently working for EOG Resources as as part of the Real Time Support Team monitoring Oil & Gas Wells (Drilling & Completions) providing support, quality control & data accuracy between the field also office. As for my past work experience, I have worked for WSP as a MIT (Mechanical Integrity Testing Engineer), for Weatherford MLS/EXLOG Excellence Logging & Edge Systems LLC as a mud logger, & for ColdBore Technology working as a Field Engineer. In all of these I have gained hands on oil & gas experience (upstream & downstream). Some other hands on experience of mine has been in HVAC/Heating, Construction/Electrical Construction, & Business Entrepreneurship. I am great at problem solving, communication, working in teams, and are a fast learner.

Troubleshoot data issues, network issues, and real-time hardware/software issues• Data streaming and mapping• Escalation point for our India based monitoring team• Respond to tickets from monitoring team or users to resolve issues effecting:• Minimize all hardware downtime and data loss events• Ensure all various hardware remains online during normal D&C operations• Ensure data from multiple sources is captured and is accurate during normal D&C operations.• Troubleshoot hardware if devices go offline or stop receiving data• Check the configurations and statuses of numerous services running on the hardware for application issues or errors.• Install software on our hardware or on a user’s computer.• Troubleshoot report errors and issues• Technical support for multiple EOG Apps• Maintain server uptime and perform needed actions to ensure services continue to function as normal or escalate to proper personnel if an issue arises• Work with EOG representatives on location to troubleshoot on-site issues as well as other personnel (3rd party vendors, field support, developers, engineers, etc.) to resolve the issue• Take phone calls and create tickets for end user issues• Onboard new EOG vendors and ensure WITS and Data Stream channel mapping is correct• Provide updates on issues to end users, field personnel, or rig personnel
