ABOUT MARTINEZ RAYMOND

I have been taking things apart to see how they function and then put them back together with no extra parts from a very young age. I was an ASE Master Technician for many years and then progressed into the management role. The progression into management was mainly due to the fact that when I started repairing vehicles I did not have a shop with a lift. It took a toll on my body from working on the ground and the odd ways I had to leverage my body to get the work done. I did not notice or pay attention to the discomfort until the age of 40 and knew I had to look for different options in a career. I knew that I needed to find a way to keep helping people and love what I do at the same time. I took a few online courses in real estate and through the many friends and clients it took off. They all had questions and I spent days and weeks researching to get the best possible outcome they were looking for. I have always been curious as to how people can make decisions without having all the essential information needed to ensure that it is the best choice available or their only option. I have used that focus to find resolutions with the not so ordinary issues that face people on a daily basis. I love to help people. That is why I started buying distressed properties. People do not always know their options when they are falling behind in payments and facing foreclosure. I have met many people along the way and it seems that I always learn something new every time. I know I haven\'t seen every different situation but I do know that I will find a way to resolve the issue. I have received hundreds of letters from satisfied clients thanking me for the compassion and understanding used in resolving their issues. I have received many awards and recognitions from past experience. I have also saved their home from foreclosure with refinance and buyback options that are not offered at any lending institution. I also love to play golf either on the grass or on the golden tee.
