During his tenure, China became the largest market for Starbucks outside the US. As Senior Vice President of Finance, Martin leveraged his domestic and international experience and strategies in driving sustainable, aggressive growth in the Asia Pacific & China (APAC) region. He led Starbucks’ Channel Development and Emerging Brands businesses, oversew country-specific APAC ownership structures, and held a seat on various Starbucks joint venture boards. Martin currently serves as a financial consultant to C-suite executives and start-up entrepreneurs. He is passionate about health & wellness and is a competitive triathlete.
