Alongside Yale Prison Education Initiative alumni, co-developed interactive training curriculum, focused on cultural competency and respect.__Leads program and partnership outreach, growing monthly participant reach by 400% and direct service sites from 1 to 4 since January 2024. Extends partnership to regional events, including by assisting at employer job fairs and facilitating a book drive that delivered 400+ books to a new library at EMERGE CT.
