Manage a large portfolio of French and English clients from kick-off to project closure: KO meeting, scoping, planning, and liaising with clients & technical consultants throughout the whole project life cycle. Ensure projects are efficiently tracked in all internal systems and properly accounted for revenue and utilisation purposes. Liaise with account managers & clients to confirm engagements, define scope, and provide progress updates to ensure projects run smoothly & meet client expectations. Create and track team resourcing, assignment creation, timecard reviews, and utilisation reporting in the Professional Services Automation tool (Salesforce). Develop and implement best practices that can continually enhance Elastic Services operations, e.g. new reports to track hours consumed in Salesforce, writing & translating in French new processes/workflow documents (KO emails, consulting workflow & daily structure).
