That experience shaped my commitment to improving healthcare accessibility, efficiency, and outcomes-not just through direct patient care but by ensuring the systems supporting caregivers are designed to help them, not hinder them.I began my career at the bedside, experiencing the daily challenges of frontline care. Over time, I transitioned into health tech to bridge the gap between technology and real-world clinical needs. I’ve helped organizations reduce hospitalizations, improve patient outcomes, and drive technology adoption.
