BDC Capital\'s Growth and Transition Capital team is BDC\'s specialized commercial credit and investment division, providing highly creative, customized, and patient financing structures ranging from unsecured commercial cash-flow term loans, subordinated and mezzanine growth capital, non-dilutive quasi-equity and equity financing. As Director at BDC Capital I have ownership of a transaction\'s complete life-cycle, including origination, negotiation, underwriting, disbursement and portfolio management.
