A Programme and Project Manager with 25+ years of experience delivering finance and actuarial change in financial services organisations, including MS Amlin, International Finance Group (RL360), Aviva, Prudential and the Pensions Protection Fund. Experienced working with international finance teams, managing external vendors, implementation partners and IT providers through all project phases. Programmes and projects include business separations, business integrations and creation of and management of outsource arrangements for Finance and Actuarial functions. Systems delivered include multiple Oracle Fusion ERP and reporting implementations. Projects have included transition of FTE finance and actuarial roles to Shared Services and BPO, the definition, delivery and testing of ERP Interfaces from policy administration systems and the development of user acceptance testing, data migration, training and cutover plans for finance users going live on new platforms. Working with senior stakeholders, all roles have required rigorous options assessment, robust management of recommendations and a demonstrated resilience in the execution of plans.
