   I am the senior advisor to and representative of the Assistant Administrator (AA) for International and Tribal Affairs (OITA). As the representative of the AA, I meet with White House staff, Congressional staff, outside stakeholders, and foreign ministers, and work with EPA senior executives and expert staff. I represent EPA in international policy development, advise on World Bank project investment decisions, and lead the planning and execution of specific programmatic initiatives such as climate resilience and adaptation, circular economy, and marine plastic litter. • Led the development of innovative climate resilience and adaptation partnership, working with the Head of United Nations Climate Change Adaptation Unit, engaging municipal leaders and universities from around the world.• Co-chaired, with Minister of Environment for Taiwan, several outreach meetings to leaders from Southeast Asia governments on areas of shared interest, including mercury deposition, air quality, and green jobs.• Chaired annual meeting of the International E-Waste Management Network, in Kuala Lumpur, and worked with Malaysia and Taiwan officials to secure additional funding and actions to provide capacity building for network members. • Led the U.S. preparation team to the G-7 Environment Ministerial in Japan, and forged agreement on joint Communique, in advance of the EPA Administrator’s participation.• Led EPA\'s preparations for the North American Leaders’ Summit, including the successful agreement on the Leaders’ Statement on a North American Climate, Clean Energy, and Environment Partnership.• Brief EPA Administrator and Deputy Administrator and lead coordination with federal agencies. • Security clearance of Secret
