FINANCIAL SERVICES REGULATION AND COMPLIANCE I have more than 25 years experience within the financial services regulatory compliance space. This includes 12 years leading teams in regulatory enforcement roles for regulators in the UK and Australia, 4 years in compliance for Australia\'s leading financial services institution and 7 plus years heading up compliance assurance in the UK\'s largest Life and Pensions provider. My work has spanned retail banking, pensions and insurance, mortgage and investment products, margin lending, stockbroking (front and back office) and exchange-traded products. I have experience in a wide range of regulatory obligations, including consumer duty, conduct of business, conduct risk, marketing/financial promotions, client money, privacy, complaints, product risk, authorisations/licensing etc. I have a strong reputation for relationship management, leadership and people development. COACHING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: I have a keen interest in help people grow and develop. I have Masters degree in coaching psychology and have worked with lawyers, leaders and financial services professionals to help them bring about transformational and developmental change - whether in themselves, their teams or their businesses. I have professional qualifications in law and executive and organisational coaching, a Master of Science in coaching psychology and am certified in the MTQ48 Mental Toughness measure.
