The Martin & Co Internal Recruitment Department was established in 2008 to provide a dedicated recruitment service to the network. We focus on sourcing and selecting talented candidates for the Martin & Co offices across the UK in addition to the Head Office based in Bournemouth and The Landlord Hub Ltd in Peterborough. The Internal Recruitment Department is headed up by Faye Gliddon, who has 12 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting and employee relations. Faye has worked for Martin & Co for nearly 3 years and was promoted in 2012 to manage the department. Faye has quickly developed the internal recruitment department in order to meet the demands of the rapidly growing network. For the very first time the department expanded to a team of 3 in March 2014, with Sophie Eyres joining the department as a Recruitment Administrator. Sophie has 2 years administration experience and has recently completed a volunteer place in Ghana.In June of 2015 following the departure of Emily to pastures new Penny King joined our team, she joined as a Recruitment Co-ordinator and brought nearly 20 years of recruitment, sales and training experience with her. She is returning to work following a break to have her 4 children.We provide a professional, personable and confidential recruitment service for all candidates.
