I am an experienced Head of QA/Director of Quality that has vast experience in creating teams from the ground up and managing existing teams both on shore and off shore, and implementing processes and best practices.I have applied this to both startups and larger established companies spanning across many different industries both regulated and non-regulated.I have experience working in Scrum/Agile, Waterfall, Tribe and Squad Models and can adapt accordingly and suggest and implement change when I see opportunities to improve utilising Shift Left and Solver Team mentalities. I see Quality as a process with the teams all being responsible for it and have the experience in implementing this in businesses.
