I’ve spent my career working in and around complex, mission-critical aviation environments, where success depends less on bold claims and more on making clear strategic choices and delivering them consistently.Today, as Chief Strategy Officer at Smarter Airports - a joint venture between Netcompany and Copenhagen Airport - I focus on shaping growth strategy, developing markets, and evolving platform-based approaches that help airports modernise operations in a practical, scalable way. My work sits across strategy, product, partnerships, and execution, with a strong emphasis on turning long-term ambition into programmes that actually work on the ground.What motivates me is simplifying complexity. Aviation is full of fragmented systems, competing priorities, and well-intentioned initiatives that never quite connect. I enjoy working with teams to bring coherence - aligning technology, operating models, and people around outcomes that matter to aviation operations and passengers.My experience spans airports, airlines, and air traffic control, and includes supporting organisations through major transitions from legacy, siloed technology estates to integrated, data-driven operating models.
