Responsible for supporting and developing board, overseeing budget and finance, fundraising, organizational and enterprise development and growth, facilities planning, contract negotiations, government relations, partnerships, promotion and more. Grew the organization from $1.5M to nearly $15M in annual income with 45 employees, including a $5M recycling program,$3.5M in federal grants, and several fiscally sponsored organizations. In 2021, Martin led the 10 year,$55 million, recycling contract renewal with the City of Berkeley.
