I have partnered with leading organisations across multiple sectors to deliver expert commercial support, process improvements, and strategic direction:Morrison Energy Services: I delivered commercial analysis to resolve client cost and output challenges.NGE: I provided commercial support for the County Broadband Fibre contract in East Anglia, establishing an End-of-Life Forecasting methodology and improving cost collection and scrutiny processes. I also supported the LCRCA Digital Infrastructure Project by leading pre-contract reviews, integrating CEMAR, evaluating subcontracts, preparing CVR reports, setting up valuations, and implementing Causeway Software.TSO Rail: I ran a full commercial and process review for the Central Rail Systems Alliance (CRSA).Thames Water: I managed a fully compliant exit and transition for the SMB JV within the Thames Water AMP6 alliance, developing and securing agreement on a Transition Protocol that met all contractual obligations.Skanska: I led commercial management within the Welsh Water Alliance, driving margin and gainshare improvements for major infrastructure projects while implementing process improvements. I also managed commercial deliverables for the Eight2O project, including change documentation for Tunnels & Aqueducts, early warning analysis, and the creation of an Exit Strategy process.Morrison/Skanska: I delivered commercial analysis for the TRIIO project (Cadent – Gas Networks), focusing on the impact of transitioning from conventional permitting to Permit schemes under the Traffic Management Act
