ABOUT MARTINA MIGLIORE
Humanity, enthusiasm and a pinch of madness. This could begin to describe me. For the rest. I am a licensed psychologist with a master degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I earned a PhD in Psychobiology and I worked for years with neuroscience. I have extensive training in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have over a decade of specialized training and experience treating adults and adolescents. I also define myself as a PsychoGeek and I have always used strategies from filmography and fiction and generally pop culture to explore new dimensions of work with Superhero Therapy. I am also a huge fan of tabletop role playing games, which I include in my experimental design of ever new and creative therapeutic strategies to help clients address problems that interfere with living a meaningful, enriching life. Actually i’m working with Serenis, to support psychotherapists in the transition to the digital clinic. As T&D manager I love creating interactive, fun and pragmatic training content: You must be able to apply them, don\'t get bored to death!
