ABOUT MARTINA MESIC
I am a fourth-year student in the University of Toronto’s Rotman Commerce program, specializing in Finance & Economics with a focus in Data Science.I have hands-on experience across financial operations, project management, and strategy through multiple roles at Metrolinx. In 2024, I worked on an organization-wide payments transformation initiative, where I supported governance processes, created and managed a database of 200+ deliverables, and worked closely with internal teams and senior leadership on large-scale change initiatives. More recently, I worked as a Finance Operations Co-op within the Settlement & Treasury team, where I was involved in financial reconciliations, reporting, and operational analysis in a highly regulated environment.I am particularly interested in roles that sit at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy—where analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and collaboration are key to driving meaningful outcomes.
