As a project manager, I am passionate, determined, and empathic while leading different teams. I like to use a customized approach based on the different framework of the project, including; the people, the geographic logistics, and the specific process needed to complete the job. A positive attitude combined with a “thinking outside the box” mindset has always allowed me to rise to the challenge of solving issues as they occur, resulting in achieving project goals in a timely fashion. I like to create a collaborative solution oriented environment where using a methodical and organized approach, as well as, always having a back-up plan, heads off any unforeseen challenges. Vast experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines are skills that I bring to the table.On a personal note—I am very athletic and have played basketball for 15+ years, and currently I have taken up running. The challenge of participating in sports feeds my soul.
