August 2014 - Present - Strategy for Sustainability, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship - Adjunct Faculty Designed & co-designed curriculums for sustainable strategy, innovation, and product/service design classes and provided instruction to diverse groups of students on multiple campuses. Developed strategic planning toolbox with easy to use templates including e.g. design thinking, value chain mapping, scenario planning, decision making, and other frameworks. Mentoring teams through the process of sustainable strategy development and innovation for their assigned organizations (from NGOs, start-ups to mid-size organizations) or independent projects - 5 - 7 teams per semester.January 2015 - December 2017 - Capital Markets Translating complex concepts to analogies to deepen understanding for the portion of the class that is not pursuing careers in Finance or Capital Markets Mentoring multiple teams through the process of creating an innovative sustainable financial product or service that addresses market gap, challenge or tries to solve a market failure within the current system (three to five teams per semester).
