Primary goals are to integrate social impact and sustainability into fundamental business education, engage with UCLA faculty to formalize impact measurement and nudge corporate performance, and help firms, consumers, investors and stakeholders make decisions that are better for people and the planet. Responsibilities include arrangements for catering, transportation, lodging and other related program logistics, along with on-site event assistance to participants, program managers and faculty. Support the creation and maintenance of Center for Impact’s Salesforce platform to track program participants for Anderson\'s member alumni network. Perform data entry to maintain various database(s) for the program. Help create and maintain reports, dashboards and program insights using Excel, Salesforce and other analytical tools. Monitor and maintain data quality, perform data collection, clean up, and analysis as needed. Help with marketing and branding efforts for the program as needed. Update and refresh program websites, create social media content and messaging, curate stories to develop booklets and pamphlets about the initiative. Help create marketing collateral for fundraising efforts. Assist in the editing of program materials, brochures and advertisements. Help create surveys as needed to capture program successes. Deliver mail/packages from/to campus departments. Support general office operations such as ordering/organizing supplies, conducting inventory and creating efficient processes.
