In my role as a Coordinator, I assist in the process of hiring new employees for our clients, from the stage of interview onward. My responsibilities include scheduling (onsite, phone, and web) interviews, preparing offer letters, initiating and monitoring pre-employment screenings via third party vendors, processing pre-employment paperwork, and ensuring new hires have the necessary information completed to begin their new positions. Throughout the process from interviewing to onboarding, I update Applicant Tracking Systems to reflect the current statuses of candidates.
