ABOUT MARTINA BOVET

After 20+ years working in the corporate world and 10+ years as an HR professional and Member of the Executive Board, I followed my lifelong passion for helping people achieve their goals and reach their full potential. My profound experiences as an HR expert, combined with my coaching skills, shaped me into an incredible listener with deep empathy and compassion. Employees\' emotional and mental well-being is a top priority for me. Throughout my career, I have been privileged to support hundreds of people through challenging personal and professional circumstances, from dealing with tragic losses and health-related issues to performance management, personal growth, and career happiness. For almost two decades, I have partnered with a wide range of colleagues, from mid-level managers all the way to executives and the C-suite. These diverse experiences have fostered my ability to ask people targeted, insightful questions that spark greater self-awareness and understanding so they can take ownership of the actions that best align with their values. I am deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in my work as an HR professional and coach. This passion drives my desire to work with individuals from all backgrounds and stages of their careers and lives, particularly business professionals from underrepresented groups. Through my experiences as a woman on the Executive Board, an expat, and a mother, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by many of my clients. Examples include: Strengthening executive presence as a woman Navigating a major life transition Building self-confidence in a new role as a leader, partner, or parent Finding success in a career and parenthood with limited support Establishing a sense of community and connection in a foreign country Overcoming homesickness and maintaining relationships with loved ones back home And more. I am a highly qualified professional with a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and fluency in three languages (English, Swiss German, and German). To enhance my coaching skills, I pursued the Erickson Solution-Focused Coach Diploma at Erickson International College. I earned my ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, the premier global organization for coaching.
