As Global Planning Manager my role is to provide the best service level to customers, ensuring the correct level of inventory for both finish products and materials through all the supply chain. I\'m responsible to lead and mitigate demand plan variation in order to ensure a feasible and stable input to production plants guaranteeing production efficiency. As change agent I\'m also responsible for existing systems and process improvement in order to create a standardized, integrated and effective Global Planning Process. I\'m responsible for-Defining and implementing a global, standardized and integrated end to end planning process in order to guarantee the best service level to customers optimizing inventory and production costs- Improving the actual system (SAP ECC) setting in order to take immediate advantages, and defining in parallel the best strategy to integrate more suitable planning tools-Focus on integration between the new system/process and the existing ones; change management and training -Demand Planning process and tool implementation in order to improve forecast accuracy-Inventory Planning process: define stock policy and monitor stock projection of both finish products and materials through the Supply Network. Highlight slow moving and minimize obsolete risks-Master Planning process in order to define together with production plants the best production strategy to meet service level and inventory objective-Production Planning process defining finish the best products’ mix complying with production constraints and materials availability -Material Planning process in order to ensure the availability and the correct stock level of components and semifinished goods along the entire supply chain-KPI definition -Contribution to Global S & OP meeting implementation -Contribution to Lifecycle Status Management process definition
