ABOUT MARTINA REID

Senior consultant working with customers to understand their current business processes, strategies and requirements to efficiently map “as-is process” and transfer to “to-be digital process”. The main goal is to build a solution design followed by implementation and validation, ensuring successful delivery within the project timelines. Having worked in international companies and after the successful completion of a master’s degree in this field, I have the understanding of wider range of business methodologies, processes and identify creative solutions to meet business needs. I have a customer-focused background with strong communication, organisational and time management skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet established deadlines and work well under pressure. In my present role, I have strengthened the ability to understand and conceptualise Salesforce applications from both technical and business point of view. In my daily role, I require to show strong business skills and the responsibility for reviewing, analysing and implementing ways to enhance systems to make business processes more efficient and effective as well as to improve data integrity. I am a self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritise workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.I would like to work for a successful and ambitious company that offers great opportunities for professional development and progression.
