ABOUT MARTINA PEZER
I am currently a Researcher at the Institute of Public Finance, where I have an active role in diverse international projects and consultancies in public sector economics. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, with a thesis in microsimulation analysis of family policies. My expertise is complemented by my Master\'s and Bachelor\'s degrees in Business Economics (Finance) from the same Faculty.In my previous role as a Senior Demand Planner at Coca-Cola HBC, I had the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and drive improvements in the analytical decision process, leading to operational excellence through data-driven business insights.
