VTA Recruitment specializes in the transport and logistics sector and works with a number of the UK\'s leading logistics companies. As a recruitment consultant, I am responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with clients. I enjoy building positive relationships to gain a better understanding of a candidates recruitment needs and requirements. What the role involves;* Sourcing candidates utilising a range of platforms including social media, our unique database, forums, job boards and LinkedIn.* Manage the recruitment process from taking a thorough job brief, short-listing the best talent, managing the interview process and offer management * Writing and posting innovative and engaging job adverts * Active on social media platforms in order to increase market awareness.
