Originally from Italy, I am a senior at East Carolina University majoring in Accounting, where I balance academic excellence with my commitment as a competitive student-athlete on the tennis court. My experiences have sharpened my skills in time management, teamwork, and leadership, essential qualities for thriving in both the classroom and athletics. In the summer of 2024, I interned at a German multinational CPA firm in Charlotte, gaining valuable hands-on experience in accounting and developing a deeper understanding of the industry. Fluent in Italian and English, with proficiency in Spanish, I aspire to work for a multinational accounting firm in a major U.S. city, focusing on strengthening relationships with European clients. I consider myself a hardworking perfectionist who is adaptable and eager to learn, making me a strong candidate for a Big Four accounting firm. In 2023/2024, I dedicated over 50 hours to community service, leading initiatives as a member of the Student-Athlete Committee (SAAC) and the International Student-Athlete Committee. I am passionate about enhancing the student-athlete experience and fostering connections among international athletes to create a supportive network.
