About Martina Miteva
I am currently the Product Owner for Research Instrument Operations and Data Management in BMS’s Research IT organization. I am dedicated to supporting our cross-functional Research sites in leveraging a connected and data-driven lab environment to make more informed strategic scientific decisions. Prior to joining BMS, I served as a Director of Consulting Services at CGI, leading global teams in the strategy, planning, and execution of transformative operations and digital programs on behalf of my clients. My business transformation experience spans the pharmaceutical value chain, with a focus on R&D, Clinical, Laboratory Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing.Before starting my career in consulting, I earned my Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering, and performed academic research at Vanderbilt University. Since beginning my career in pharmaceutical consulting, I have interfaced directly with key client stakeholder to identify and effectively communicate business problems, and have used my subject matter knowledge and operational expertise to design, socialize, plan, and implement tailored solutions that result in tangible business benefits. My deep Life Sciences subject matter knowledge, coupled with my business expertise, gives me the unique ability to partner with clients to achieve their goals. I am seen by my clients as a trusted adviser, and I focus on helping my clients achieve benefits through business and digital transformations.
