Search for different profiles of the IT area as required by the customer.knowledge of the main IT positions: SAP, JDEdwards, PeopleSoft( Oracle), Frontend (UX/UI Designer), Backend, Frontend,FullStack, DevOps, QA, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Consultant, Developer, Support etc.Interviews and reports to send to the customerPreparation and publication of notices on the different job portals. Hunting in databases, different tools and social networks: LinkedIn Recruiter - boolean searches, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, GitHub CV filtering according to job description. First contact with candidates via mail/LinkedIn and telephone screening. I conduct phone screenings and video interviews to assess candidate profiles and ensure alignment with the role and company culture. I identify strong matches for technical positions, which are later validated by hiring managers, team leads, or clients. Follow-up of the candidate process after submission.Additionally- Facilitate communication between clients, Business Directors, Project Managers, and Technical Leads- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients, ensuring alignment with their needs- Provide detailed feedback to clients regarding candidates submitted- Maintain regular communication with all parties to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
