I have a degree in Social, Work and Organizational Psychology and I am an HR expert, specialized in gamified training, as I believe that the best learning occurs through: fun, hands-on simulations and scientificity of the training method. I am never satisfied with what I know, but I have a constant and optimistic drive towards new things. For this reason, I tend to face the reality with enthusiasm and I do not let myself down in front of the unexpected and setbacks, but I consider them a further opportunity to improve and learn new ways of acting. My job allows me to constantly evolve my skills and put them at the service of people, with the ultimate goal of stimulating growth, awareness and continuous improvement of society.
