Kong Jia Jun Kiln, LLC is an independent, U.S-based art & luxury goods company that educates, inspires, and engages global consumers on the most illustrative and spectacular Chinese artworks, while promoting cultural exchanges and mutual understanding between the Western world and China.More than five thousand years of Chinese civilization have bred multifarious cultural treasures, artistic techniques, and handcrafted artworks that are unimaginable to the modern world. Fortunately, a significant part of such intangible cultural heritage is protected and passed on to the current generation of Chinese artisans. They are leveraging the reserved techniques handed down by their ancestors, along with present-day technologies, to create modern art pieces raising to a new level in terms of texture, appearance, cultural connotation, and practical function. Due to language, logistics, and trade barriers, the most exemplary Chinese artisanal handicrafts in different art categories have not been accessible to foreign markets. Outside China, from typical consumers to art collectors, people are predominantly exposed to mass-produced Chinese art items or counterfeits that intentionally imitate the ancient characteristics of “the so-called Chinese antiques”, thus compromising the artistic quality and obscuring the real Chinese art and culture. At Kong Jia Jun Kiln, LLC, we strongly feel the need to build a sustainable channel and a platform for global consumers to uncover and enjoy extraordinary modern artworks from China. The company was founded to capitalize the untapped market of contemporary Chinese arts with extraordinary craftsmanship and foster a thorough understanding and a genuine appreciation of Chinese culture by spreading the unique charm of Chinese traditional crafts to the world. Starting with Jun porcelain, Kong Jia Jun Kiln, LLC will gradually roll out other categories of breathtaking Chinese artworks to the global markets.
