About Martin Worth
I believe that great products are made by listening to the customer. Every day is an opportunity to understand, engage, inform, surprise, delight, and impact the customer; while managing to grow and monetize the business. I support organizations by defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Also, I manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery to servicing. I am a technical product leader who has launched or overseen the launch of over hundreds of different new products between the Belkin, Linksys and WEMO brands over the last 17+ years. Most recently I have been leading and managing the Belkin product development team who lead the Belkin organization in terms of new technology, the technology roadmap and pushing the company into new product areas, breakthrough ideas and outside their comfort zone.I have also previously worked leading the program and development team in launching products on time, on spec and on cost for a number of different Belkin product categories. This covers pretty much all categories at Belkin, some at Linksys and WEMO as well.
