Responsible for creating a state-of-the-art residential facility with the support of key constituents from the VA and community which will serve over 100 post 9/11 Veterans• Manages the day-to-day operations of multiple work units and provides back-up support to ensure efficiency of providing participant centered services• Researches trends, analyzes data and develops programs based on the needs of both the residents, the staff and referral agencies• Oversee and provides leadership to multiple departments• Monitors all responsible programs to ensure efficient operation, services remain resident centered and up to date• Builds and nurtures ongoing relationships with referral agencies to maintain/enhance efficiency• Oversees established program goals and creates mechanisms to ensure compliance• Develops and participates in budgetary formulation and monitoring• Designs quality assurance programs and prioritizes activities of respective departments • Participates in all components of the interviewing process (advertisement, scheduling, interviews and hiring)• Monitors financial expenditures, contract performance and funding sources associated with programs under his/her leadership• Oversees and constantly evaluates the referral process of all responsible departments• Daily contact and relationship building with residents, staff and referral agencies• Investigates and responds to grievances and/or Critical Incidents in a timely manner• Participates in the appeals process regarding resident concerns• Manages all responsible staff functions including hires, training and supervision of staff • Participates in the review/final admission of Pre-Screenings and Track recommendations of all Case Manager when appropriate/needed• Works closely with VLC staff and if authorized family & friends of residents
