Coordinate Division’s 5 main units for the submission of projects needed for highlight in bi-weekly presentations for the Commissioner Oversee all communications between Division and utility partners Coordinate with management staff from both Infrastructure and utility partners to create monthly presentations outlining issues which have arisen on division projects Schedule and preside over quarterly, in-person meeting between high-level executives from all major utility partners as well Infrastructure to address major over-arching issues Create monthly and year-end reports highlighting major project milestones for distribution to Commissioner’s office along with complete breadth of divisional staff Manage and update the public facing element of Agency’s website displaying Infrastructure’s commitment plan for the current fiscal year Create presentations for delivery by Deputy Commissioner for industry forums Oversee the Infrastructure section of intra-agency website, including updating pages based on internal changes to unit tasks, and divisional organizational charts based off staff movement Handle Executive Assistant duties for Deputy Commissioner, including calendar management, correspondence response, receipt & delivery of documents in need of signatures, etc. Lead team to analyze and determine which long-term projects within Division’s portfolio need to be restarted or cancelled
