As President of Rotherham Phoenix BNI, my role is to lead and support a group of committed business professionals who are passionate about growing their businesses through trusted relationships and structured referral marketing.My primary responsibility is to ensure our chapter runs smoothly, stays focused, and continues to deliver value to every member. I chair our weekly meetings, set the tone for a positive and productive atmosphere, and work closely with our Leadership Team to implement BNI\'s proven systems and maintain high standards of professionalism.I’m here to motivate and encourage members, help them maximise the opportunities BNI offers, and ensure we’re all working together to meet our goals – individually and as a chapter.
