Working closely with the Head of IT and key stakeholders, I play a pivotal role inshaping and delivering outstanding IT practice across the entire TPLT estate. I leadand manage all IT systems to meet the evolving needs of a growing multi-siteorganisation; overseeing day-to-day operations, delivering strategic IT projects, andcontributing to long term planning for the Trust’s digital infrastructure.Key responsibilities include: Planning, managing, and implementing IT projects across the Trust,ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines. Design, implementation, and management of WAN/LAN connectivity,server/network infrastructure, and integration with SaaS solutions. Developing strategic IT roadmaps to future-proof the Trust\'s technologylandscape. Collaborating with senior leaders to ensure IT underpins and enhancesteaching, learning, and operational effectiveness. Leading and line managing a team of 10 IT professionals, ensuring theright people are in the right roles to deliver a first-class IT service. Drivingprofessional development and career progression through CPD initiatives,mentoring, and skills development.This role combines technical expertise, operational oversight, and peopleleadership to ensure the Trust continues to benefit from a reliable, scalable, anduser focused IT environment
