Xoolon has now become Planet Xoolon, expanding the opportunities for young people to engage in all manner of physical and mental activities, all relevant and core to their ongoing education and well-being. Planet Xoolon, sets out to encourage the youth of today to take up sport as a \"habit for life.\" through the use of advanced e-learning, social media and online assessment tools. Acting in an advisory capacity to the NHS and private health organisation’s in developing practical uses of technology and Apps within the health service.Designed and developed the 7th Wave blogging platform over the last year to introduce the less technically able but nonetheless intelligent audience to new technologies where both early and late adopters can co-exist. The platform has combined my experience of both the e-learning and technology markets to provide a fresh outlook on the modern world. We connect the world through the personalised blogs is such a way that allows people to communicate face to face and online.

Summary- Over the last 25 years, conceived and delivered projects throughout the UK with the help and support from teams focused on customers and their needs. Demonstrated an entrepreneurial, persuasive nature in delivering the business strategies in all companies involved, with a drive, resilience and keen understanding and knowledge of the industries, particularly e-learning. Accountability, innovation and competence have featured in all projects and product development undertaken whether in a start up or established organisations. Many of the projects were cross platform and demanded continual monitoring, updating and modification to cater for the client expectations and the use of evolving technology.
