Key Achievements• Handled a portfolio of key clients focused on delivering IT acceleration projects and initiatives spanning across migrations, adoption of new systems and applications, process elimination and automation.• Led large public sector organisation to introduce Workforce Planning EPBCS, followed by central government department to implement PBCS for budgeting and forecasting; directing multi-disciplinary teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, design and build applications.• Led a Police force’s implementation of PBCS for budgeting and forecasting; designing solutions for finance, workforce planning and payroll with integration to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM for metadata/data.• Restructured multi-currency Essbase financial and management reporting application for FMCG company to include data/metadata ERP integration and complex allocations for international entities.• Enabled optician chain to eliminate financial reporting and analysis spreadsheets by designing and establishing finance, payroll and capital expenditure applications with a structured training program to educate client to further develop the solution. • Migrated Essbase into PBCS for international drinks distributor with newly-added functionalities such as rolling forecasts, scenario planning, dashboards, approvals workflow, FDMEE automations, Nielsen consumer data/EPOS solutions.• Improved budgeting and forecasting for retail fashion chain by implementing Hyperion Planning with bespoke features.• Led migration from Hyperion Essbase and Planning to Netsuite PBCS for an Investment Bank, with an innovative data migration and transformation process that extracted and transformed 8 years of daily trading data for migration into the cloud environment.• Replaced Investment Bank’s financial reporting system with a new application encompassing complex waterfall allocations, with an accompanying aggregate storage model specialising in recording and reporting on stock transactions.
