Martin Schreiber is a Partner in the PwC Financial Markets practice. He has over 25 years of direct real estate experience, providing transaction and advisory services to national commercial real estate investors and lenders. He has extensive diligence experience on all real estate property types in connection with both asset and loan purchase transactions. Areas of specialty include transaction due diligence, valuation, commercial real estate (CMBS) securitization and other advisory services in the real estate finance arena. Martin currently leads the firm’s US securitization business and has direct oversight over its commercial real estate finance and CMBS business initiative. In this capacity, Martin services many of the industry\'s largest real estate investment entities. Clients include investment and commercial banks, insurance companies, real estate funds and REITs. He also annually serves some of the firm\'s largest financial services clients.Martin is a licensed CPA from New York. He graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.S. in accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Martin is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Board of Governors.
