Acting as Client Construction Manager ensuring construction and commissioning work scopes are delivered safely and in line with client requirements. I utilise industry best practices to develop safe, efficient installation strategies and procedures. I also manage construction and commissioning work scope development to facilitate project milestone achievement. I ensure contractor compliance with project objectives and client expectations. I collaborate with the design contractor to develop FAT, SIT, and SRT work scopes for equipment and tooling, and I recommend optimum equipment/tooling and installation methods.
