After a highly successful career in Industrial recruitment I re-invented myself entering the hospitality trade, initially as a public house manager. Working in Italy for 2 years gave me the accommodation experience I needed to transfer my skills to full service hotels successfully managing a full service hotel in Peterborough for 5 and a half years. I have a passion for food and wines which is reflected in our restaurant and an innovative, hands on approach to problem solving. I have now merged all my industry experiences to work in developing the business for an Independent hotel chain. In 2022 having project managed the installation of 4 solar and battery systems for the business, we saw a gap in the market for a renewable energy company that properly analysed client needs and suggested a complete energy solution. We have therefore set up Solar and Charge - a UK based company installing renewables, primarily to prestige housing and businesses, especially hotels, care homes and leisure projects.
