I play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services.o Analyze performance data, identifying potential risks or trends, and propose/implement solutions to maintain and exceed performance expectations.o Provide accurate forecasting and performance data to the Operations Director and Heads of Delivery.o Create and lead the implementation of performance improvement plans, applying innovative approaches to challenges.o Develop and retain a high-quality team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.o Monitor individual performance and address underperformance promptly.o Collaborate with Business Managers to understand participant needs and deliver actions to enhance each offices performanceo Obtain regular feedback from stakeholders and participants to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.o Facilitate effective collaboration between In Work Support, Rapid Response, Closed cohort teams and Business Managers.My role encompasses three key areas:1. In-Work Support Team:o Collaborate closely with participants who are currently employed, ensuring they receive ongoing support to maintain their job stability.o Develop personalized strategies to address workplace challenges, enhance skills, and promote career progression.o Ensure the participants are in the right environment to achieve sustainability in their employment.2. Rapid Response for Job Seekers Team:o Act as a first point of contact for individuals who have recently lost their jobs or are at risk of unemployment.o Provide immediate assistance, including emotional support, job search guidance, and referrals to relevant resources.o Work closely with local job centers, community organizations, and employers to facilitate rapid re-employment.3. Closed Cohort Review Work Team:o Manage closed cohorts of participants who have completed the program.o Data mining all participants, finding the potential job outcomes from information within systems.
